Terms of service

All contracts have a base processing fee of $500.00. After selecting your contract length and requirements, one of our Radio StarMatch certified matchmakers will be in touch within 24-48 hours to schedule your initial interview. If you are selected to join Radio StarMatch's client community, you will receive a full contractual agreement with complete terms and conditions at the conclusion of your interview. If you are not selected and your application is denied, you will receive a full refund for your selected contract term, minus the processing fee. We reserve the right to deny client applications that do not fit our brand. The contract must be signed without amendment at the conclusion of the interview, or you will forfeit your application. There are no refunds for processing fees, as these ensure our Radio StarMatch certified Matchmakers are compensated for the significant time it takes to personalize every initial interview. All Radio StarMatch Matchmakers have a guaranteed commitment to understanding your relationship goals, requirements, and personal history in order to create a nurturing and fulfilling initial interview experience. All Radio StarMatch contracts are binding upon reception and signature of the full contractual agreement. Cancellation insurance ensures your ability to cancel the contract any any point during your term, and you will be issued a pro-rated credit for the remainder of the term. Cancellation Insurance cannot be added retroactively if not selected with initial payment. While Radio StarMatch Matchmakers will do everything in their capacity to facilitate a match that meets your relationship goals, love and friendship are ultimately unpredictable and unquantifiable entities, beyond our complete control. Only you can know if you're truly ready for love, and contract payments are non-refundable in the event that your heart is not open to the galaxy of possibilities we will provide for you as a Radio StarMatch client.
